A Note about Our Charges

As a general rule, we try not to spend more than 2 hours on-site at any one time unless you have been notfied in advance that a job may over run. Where possible we will give you an estimate of how long the problem will take to fix. If we feel that the computer will require more than two hours work, you will be notified and given a fixed price quotation which will include the initial call out fee. In the case of virus or spyware removal a fixed price will also be given. For futher information regarding the call out fee and the no fix-no fee policy, please read our terms and conditions.

Roblett Computer Systems will not be held liable for the loss or damage of any data whilst your computer is in our care or being worked on. We recommend you back up any important data to an external drive, CD or DVD at least once a week to ensure that your data remains safe and up to date.

   
Wherever possible, repairs and upgrades will be carried out on site. However, sometimes it may be necessary to remove the base unit from the site to conduct repairs at our premises.
